Rooms were fashionable, everything was really good. The staff were excellent and amazing friendly hole time of my stay. Unbeatable and top location close to everything, met standards. And it was also close enough to the beach, which in the southern direction is more surfing friendly and towards the village more swimming friendly, the beautiful beach with restaurants and local shops and restaurants. No reason to complain, I liked this hotel and would recommend...

The property was nice with welcoming staff who made us feel very comfortable and welcome-very impressive manner, I appreciated the stay. Its location in Hikkaduwa was great, close to the airport in Negombo, restaurants and shops and Hikkaduwa in August.

The room we stayed in was fantastic! It had a private bathroom with a bath or shower, which was really convenient. We also loved the fact that some of the rooms offered views of the pool or garden. Our air-conditioned double room had a balcony, hot water, and soundproofing, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. As a couple, we really appreciated the private entrance to our air-conditioned twin room. we were very impressed with the room amenities.
One thing we didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of a private bathroom in some of the rooms. However, we understand that this is a personal preference and others might still find enjoyment in it.

Engaged in activities like snorkelling, diving and cycling, had a good laugh at my clumsiness. Was happy to find a business center, although I did not even look at that during my stay. And thank goodness, there was free parking for my fabulous rental car!
Oh, and how could I forget the lack of a mini-fridge in the room? Perfect for storing my cold water and champagne collection!

The hotel is conveniently located, being close to the beach, restaurants, and the railway station. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great bed and a plentiful breakfast. the staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the guests' experience. the pool is well-maintained and the gardens are lovely.
The hotel could improve on their hot water system as it was not consistently warm, making showering less enjoyable.

Our stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect – close enough to the main part of town and the beach, but still quiet and peaceful. The staff treated us like family, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast option could use a little improvement to make it even better.
